Hi!

We are going to set up a small support department, and currently we recieve "tickets" from phone, email etc. We are looking for different commercial software suites like HP OpenView, Remedy etc, but just to get things started we need something simple. We have the following requirements:

- Task tracking
- Assign to different member
- Set priority
- Email notifications
- Set status on arrends (assigned, closed etc)
- Create groups (pc support, softwaere support etc) so you can assign a ticket to a group and not an individual.

It would be nice if there was something free, but shareware is also ok. We just need this to get things started.

Its a plus if its ASP.NET but we can also handle php, java...

Any ideas?

The only suggestion we have so far is JTracker... but it doesn't fulfill all our requirements. And, it has a really ugly user interface.
