Can anyone please help me.

We had a programmer write an app with a dll with 4 images inside it. I really need to get in to it to edit the images. However not matter what app I try I can not get in to extract or edit the images. I need to put them back in to the dll so that the app can carry on using the dll but with new images.

Any help on this very much appreciated.
