    [2008] convert delphi/C++ to vb.net

    if anyone would be so kind as to help me convert this code from delphi to VB.net 2008.

    first file is delphi second is C++. i would accept any conversion of these files. if they can be converted to C# then i can even work with that. but i would prefer vb.net. thank you anyone who decides to help.
