I am looking for someone experienced in ASP.net with buiding a data and video driven site.

I want to have a pay per view video library but don't know how to code it and can't find any "turn key" applications out there. The data side should be simple for some experience programmers. I basically just want to filter alot of data based on user inputs.

Of course I can pay. (Depending on the cost of something like this)
