I'm creating a link cloaker in which I ask the user to select from combo box
number of cookies to stuff, then depending on input 1 - 5 text boxes will
display as shown below.

I need to take input from text boxes and create html page with affiliate code
embed into html image tag and encrypt using Javascript. I'm stuck not knowing
how to code that.
