Comcast couldn't run an ISP
Even if AT&T set it up and maintains it. (According to the ASN attached to my IP address it says: ATT-INTERNET3) (Ok so I don't know if they set it up and maintain it but, AT&T are doing something else their name wouldn't be on the ASN).
Oh wait they did, and they do.
I currently been on hold for 60 min, 3 call transfers (1 from billing to HSI support, 1 from HSI internet support to billing, and 1 from billing to HSI support). After all the dust clears I only got a ~$5 credit on my bill. And still no reason why I had lost my additional IP addresses.
Thanks comcast, I feel like a valued customer.
Sorry, thats my rant for the day. I'm sure other people have similar stories.
