visual basic 6 and excel problem

Dear forum,

I need some help with the visual basic 6. I made a small application and I face a strange for me problem. The programs it passes same data files into excel. After that it made several checks and if it finds problem note them by changing the row color. The problem I must deal with is that when I try to call the sorting function from excel I receive an error 1004, which means that the function it could not be called. Could someone inform me where the mistake it and how I could fix it, what I am doing wrong.
I upload the code and a data file in order to understand the problem better.
