Plz help an architecture student

I have 20 RGB leds on a PhidgetLed 64.
Basically it acts as 60 leds and it needs 60 different commands to light.
I want to make a customizable time line. And a timer to make it work.

So far I can do all the commands I need. I can manually do what I want to do.
I can also change the timer intervals with a slider.

How can I put multiple commands in a phase? How can I bundle multiple commands under one name?

Any idea is greatly Appreciated..
