Giants World Champs!!!!
 Oracle Client Software - Needs install for each user?
I have a machine where one user can log in and access our Oracle db with no problem. Another user logs into the machine and he/she isn't able to access our Oracle db unless I install the client tools again. The computer is using Win XP and the Orcale DB is 8g. Any ideas?
