I have been watching the sad death of Napster over the past few month. I have been using Napster since beta 5, and the users and amount of songs found has almost dropped back to that level.
It's been ruff for a music addict like myself to get the daily music fix I need (Maybe I should try heroin). But luckily I have found a new program that has been easing my pain. It is called LimeWire, and it is based on Gnutella. It is a bit faster than BareShare, and has a better search. It is still not perfect, but it is a great Napster alt.
I have also found a cool program that allows you go get vidz, mp3s, and ....more , called Direct Connect.
You can get both from Download.com, though Direct Connect can be a bit hard when there web/ftp server is down, or out of bandwith.
Wonder where I can get a syringe from.........
MSVS 6, .NET & .NET 2003 Pro
I HATE MSDN with .NET & .NET 2003!!!
