Insert multi Radiobuttion into 2 table !Help me

Hi all!

I have a pages register.asp. In my pages have 8 Radiobutton. I want when user checked one in 6 Radiobuttion first will insert into a Table and user checked one in 2 Radiobuttion will insert into a table differrent. When register ,User only checked one in 8 Radionbuttion. Please help me
