We use Outlook 97. As you are probably all aware, it is possible to setup the Inbox Assistant to reply/delete/move etc. a message on arrival and trigger by its subject/sender etc.

Now, my question is:
Is it possible to trigger an exe to run?

In fact, i've just noticed the "Custom" option but the list is empty. How can I add to this list?
