This is typical arrogant Aussie crap. The one thing l hate about Oz at the moment is this stand that we must be in the best in the world at everything. Get over it, as opposed to what you clearly think or have been lead to believe, the Australian SAS are excellant....but....receive advance training from the Brits. Yes the SAS were landed a week or so prior to the rest of the military in Timor...and yes there were surprisingly few losses to our forces due to this. But....to state that Australian SAS forces are superior to US special forces..(Seals, Rangers, Green Beret etc) or British SAS forces is a rather lame and provincial arguement.

Regarding NZ

1. World Champions in Womens Cricket.

2. Hong Kong Sevens Victory over night, (OZ wasn't in the final).

3. Current World Series 7s champions.

4. Holders of the Americas Cup, and by the way the only nation other than the US to successfully defend the cup.

5. World champions at sheep shagging <- couldn't resist that.

6. Current Super 12 title holders, (Crusaders for the third year in a row).

In short Beacon

Get over it and get a life. We are good at some things but are not the best at every conceivable thing under the sun.

P.S Current urban myth is that NZ are world champions at Aussie Rules....*shudder*....have not been able to confirm or deny this, but l guess if the US are the reigning Olympic Rugby Union champions anything is possible.
