How can I hide specific column in a datagrid which datasource is set to datatable during run time.

I try to hide the primary keys so that only Important data are display on the grid

Another question is How can I select the primary key value whenever I select rows on the grid.

Hope you can Help me, my boss expected me to finish this next week.
