I need some information for PING over TCP, im making a game and i need to get a ping. ok the problem is not in connecting and time measure but in size of packet and output time....

First thing how big is sent packet of PING and how big is returned packet?
Time i measure is full time like from user(ME) to server(REMOTE) to user(ME) or is devided by 2?
