I love it. It clearly demonstrates how foolish Microsoft can be in my opinion. The software through which the computer receives updates (primarily for the means of patching vulnerable aspects of the system) is going to need to introduce a patch to patch itself.

Imagine how that would read:

"This patch protects a known vulnerability inside myself, that causes me to be vulnerable and to allow for someone to download a patch through me, that is actually a virus."

Brilliant.
