[RESOLVED] Access the CPU %
Some PCs need minutes to load many items at boot time. Before the PC can finish the Boot the User is clicking an Icon more than once. When the PC finishes the boot, the User has one program running more than one time....a bad thing.
I want to write a program and install it into Window's StartUp.
It will output to the user?
CPU percentage...when CPU percent goes below 90-97%, booting is finished
How do I access this value?
Maybe there is a better way to inform the User?
