Ok, I already know if this is possible...but I want to know if it is possible to do it my way.

I always thought it would be cool if you could make TRULY transparent forms. I am speaking along the lines of a TRANSPARENT internet explorer browser where all you would see is text on your desktop backround. if there is just a white backround, that could be taken out. Or a transparent wordprocessor that all you would see is text, no white back. Is this possible to do on say...IE without reporgramming the whole entire thing?
