A couple were having problems and the decided that its best to get divorced.
They divided everything with the help of their lawyers but one thing they could not agree on was who gets the child they had.
So a judge asked them to make their case before a grand jury to determine who can come up witht he best and most convincing argument as to why they should get the custody of the child.
The mother goes on how she carried the baby for 9 months and for so many years woke up in the middle of the night to the cries of the baby and so on...
The judge says "well its pretty clear who gets the baby but we will give you a chance to have your say since we want to be fair."

The husband knew he had no chance since 90% of the jury were woman and the fact that the mother had so much more to give then him. While trying to think of something to say he puts his hand in his pocket as he is thinking.
Suddently he was enlighted, pulls out a coin from his pocket and says "do you see this coin? if you go to a pop machine and you put your coin in the machine and a pop comes out, who does the pop belong to?"
