Okay so I am a student and I am taking vb.net and I am using the 2003 version because its what the school gave me. But when I try installing it on my laptop it says setup has detected that some of the systems components that are installed on your computter do not match the version required for visual basics.net you must install a different version of these componets.But I have no clue what componets they are talking about and when i click it it says another program on the computer must reboot before installing reboot and try again but that dosent work. So does any one know what could be the mater.
