I'm using a webbrowsr ctrl in my application .The control is not a part of the interface so i need to know a few things abt what is hapening in the background

First :How do i find out whether there has been a connection timeout??

Second :Is it possible to show only the progress bar of the control,IE has a progressbar ,is it possible to display only that,if not is there a workaround ?
