hoping you are doing well, i am using vs2005 web development, and i have the following situations:

i have a page called : mainpage.aspx that calls another page called : showimage.aspx which is located inside a sub directory called "gallery"

so when the mainpage makes a call to the showimage page i use the following code

response.redirect("gallery/showimage.aspx")
</vbcode>

it works fine, but standing from the page showimage.aspx , how can i call the mainpage.aspx located in the upper folder.

i know i can make an absolute call with the url such as "www.softexsw.com/mainpage.aspx", but the problem is that we hadn't yet purchased the domain name and or even are going to choose the name soon.

i need to make the page calls another page in an upper directory, this must be possible but the question is how ????
