Hi Everyone,

First time I have posted so please be gentle. Also I am not a coder at all, but I al learning. Again...be gentle.

I would like to know how I can use VB to open GIF and JPG images, so that I may add arbitrary text based comments. Any ideas how I might be able to do this???

Keep in mind I am only starting out with VB, so canned routines will be welcomed, but some resources or explainations on how this might be done would be even more welcomed.
