    Staff Rota

    see attached excel sheet.

    The staff rota changes once per week.

    Week 1 is currently shown in the main table.(outlined in bold)

    Week2 rota details are directly beneath. week 3 are further down.

    How can i get excel to insert week2 details into the main table by clicking a button. For example i'd like the user to click on a button called "Week2" & then this would cut & paste the data for week2 into the main table..
