When I perform the Mail Merge. It have the following error!

Description:
Application popup: Microsoft Word: WINWORD.EXE - Application Error : The
instruction at "0x377fcd989" referenced memory at "0xffffffff". The
memory could not be "read".

Please tell me how can i over come
