Does anyone know how to set up the package and deployment wizard so that a VB program will be added to the all users group of Windows NT Files or how to specify which users can use it. You have to install it in Administrator due to the permissions, but it doesn't then allow you to access it from any other the user profile without a second messy install from within that user.
