Reasons to upgrade from VC++ with MFC to C#?
I am doing some contract work for a company that let's everyone program in any language/platform they choose. As you can imagine this is a mess.
Can anyone give me pointers to good web pages that I can present as good reasons to get everyone programming with VS6 and MFC to move to C#?
There are a lot of rumors and myths floating around that are preventing some from considering the move. For instance, I've heard that VS.NET no longer has a class builder. Is this true? If so what what is it replaced with?
What are real reasons a person would want to stay programming with VS6 and MFC? And reasons they might want to switch?
