load picture of recordset in rptImage in Vb DataReport

Hi there,

I don't know to load the picture in rptImage field of DataReport of VisualBasic 6.0.

I am using recordset to put values in DataReport. The recordset myRS have the absolute path of picture in field myRS!Picture which is text. Now, I want to display the picture of that absolute path in the Report while loading.

Anybody will be thankful for the help.
