Anyone know how to make a toolbar for IE? Im planning on making a toolbar for myself, like the google toolbar, but to search places like btjunkie.org (torrents) and planet-source-code.com.

I have absolutely no idea where to start, so any information that may be even slighly relevant will be GREAT!
