Somethings just come up and I need a little help:

Im building a ite that incorporates a 4 frame set. The main frame includes a lot of text, but Netscape insists on applying a bottom scrollbar (unnecessary) along with a side scrollbar and it looks crappy.

Is there any way to remove it? preferably HTML, because NS struggles with anything more complex, but a JS workround might be useful.

Also, any help with CSS in Netscape.
