HTML Help Workshop Help
I was poking around while attempting to program my thesis when I found out that there's already something available that would let me do what I want to do (a dictionary, basically): Microsoft's HTML Help Workshop. It would be easier for me to write the thing like that than coding a program, and easier to distribute. So I set about downloading it.
I was led here. It lists the features available in version 1.4. It also has a link to the 1.4 SDK.
Or so it claims.
ALL links at Microsoft's site only link to version 1.33, which hasn't been updated in over three years. Version 1.4 fixes a ton of bugs and adds support for Unicode; and I can't find it ANYWHERE! It's supposedly free, but I can't find any mention of it or an alternate download site.
I'm hoping people here know where to find it, or if I have to pay a fee to use it. I really need it.
Anyone?
