    Resolved Image moves when user scrolls. [resolved]

    I see that this site www.mettlercenter.com has a nice little feature that has its logo move when the user scrolls down the page. What is this called? Image Scrolling? And how do I create something like that? Is there any code out there that I can just cut and paste?
