Venerable Sir,

I am working on the project of making the pop mail server 3, and speek to voice conversion.
We have to make the browser so if one Blind man is sitting he can easily retrive his or her mail in the form of voice using our browser.

For this purpose i need the information about the SAPI inetraction with Visual Basic 6.0.

I don't have any knowledge of VB 6.0 yet.

Please tell me that which tools we will nedd to accomplish our goal.
