    Threads not marked as [RESOLVED]

    Could the forum not allow someone to post new threads if the person has a number of outstanding thread active (the number can be determined at some time). This would help keep the bad thread users at least at bay. If one doesn't care about marking their threads resolved only comes here to get answers and probably isn't helpful or thoughtful.

    That would probably wake them up at least a little.
