    Duplicated in my data in the report

    I have 5 tables in my Database.
    When I preview my report I found duplicated in my data.
    I want to know how can I solve this problem.
    I found these Message also appear when I making my report
    Please attached my file to see my Database and my Report.

    Please help

    My Database Access 2000
