Dear Experts,

Anyone has good resources to learn task/actions pane in microsoft words/excel please...I mean, how to play with that? So, I can customize fit to my own task pane, command, edit, create my own task/pane commands/controls, etc...something like that....Any suggestion of resources to learn please?...I am using Visual Studio Net 2005...Please help me for that...
