    Frames in ASP .NET page

    Hello,

    I have an ASP .NET application which I haven't set up, but should make some improvements to. One of them is to create a frameset in the HTML pages, but I can't get it to work.

    Could someone help me with this? See attachment for HTML source. See other attachment to see which part of the screen needs to stay on top (between the red bars), and which part needs to be scrollable (below the red bars)
