Crystal Reports XI and TTX

Hi,

I want to use a TTX (Field Definition File) with crystal reports XI. I created a very simple TTX file just to check but when I create a database connection by using Create New Connections ---> Database Files, list comoes up with TTX file in the list but it gives error "Failed to load database information".

Any Suggestions?

I created an invalid TTX file . It should have only the structure of the data it expects, not the data. e.g

Name String 25
DOB Date 8 ......and so on.
