I would set up a poll for this, but I don't know enough about the different books available to assemble a reasonable list.

I am looking for some opinions on the best book series to use to assist in learning vb.net. My logical choice is the MS Press series but I was hoping for some input from those who have actually used books as a main resource for learning.

Also, if anyone knows, I would not mind some reviews of the CD versions available for the MS Press series (i.e, do they contain as much information as the books?)
