My PC doesn't recognize Pavarotti

I guess my baby doesn't like italian. Got a code like this

      setlocale (LC_TIME, 'en_US');

      setlocale (LC_TIME, 'it_IT');
      echo strftime ('%A, %d %B %G, %T');
      echo "\n";

?>

expected to print something like

Tuesday, April 15 2003, 07:52:21
martedì, 15 aprile 2003, 07:52:21

But displays no Pavarotti style. Just

Tuesday, April 15 2003,
Tuesday, 25 April,

And oh, no value for %T? Please help. Thanks.
