How to format a date? when I query the table using query analyser the date it look this even i change the setting in the contrik panel

1948-12-08 00:00:00.000
1952-02-19 00:00:00.000
1963-08-30 00:00:00.000

I want this format guys how would i do that?
12/08/1948
02/19/1952
08/30/1693
