[RESOLVED] SQLCE database...just gets bigger
Hey there,
Im one of my applications i import up tp 7 csv files of data. usual about 2 of these may contain up to 3000 records each. the rest of them contain up to 100.
When my application creates the database and tables the size of the sqlce database is l44KB.
After i perform the first import of data its increases to 700KB.
When i perform each import from the CSV file I, DELETE FROM the table that the data is being imported to, so to clear all data the was previously there.
If i perform another import the database size increases to 1.18MB, and it continues to increase each time i perform an import by about 500K.
I have no indexs or identity fields in any of these tables.
Why is this increase happening, and what do i need to do to stop it?
Is there data being cached somewhere?
