    Resolved Runtime error 214721783(80040e4d) Authentication failed [Resolved]

    Anytime I run my app on a win2k machine I get a "runtime error 214721783(80040e4d) Authentication failed"

    Any thoughts?

    Could it be the XP Manifest?
