    ListView -> change text orientation like in windows?

    When in smallIcon view, it seems like text is added to the right of the item as you see below. How would I go about changing it so it would look like windows' icon view (text in the bottom AND long text is truncated)
    any win32api calls?
    I want it to look like the one in the red rectangle
