    Question vb.net & Xml

    Hi,
    I want to know the following:
    what is parser?
    what is DOM & Sax? Are they parsers? Otherwise what they are?
    I know the difference bn DOM & Sax, ie ., adv & disadv. but i need to know how they are differing in their coding, since both are importing System.xml
    I know these are silly questions? but need answers
    Thanks anyway.
