"Cisco Cleant Agent" or something like that

We all had to install it to ensure we were up to date, etc. I heard plenty of horror stories installing it (What's SP2??? LOL) but I had no trouble.

The real point is: Start internet, login using software, CLOSE SOFTWARE, connection not killed EVEN WHEN COMPUTER IS RESTARTED.

I think it's kind of sad. Maybe they just make it run when there's new updates...
