i have a web site that was never quite finished. this is a pro level site, not a frontpage template, etc... without saying exactly what it is, let me just say that is somewhat similar to eBay and 1800flowers.com in that it acts as a middleman in order to connect buyers (repeat buyers i might add) and sellers (like the florist shops in the case of the 1800flowers.com example). there is also a web service element that offers additional revenue potential.

basically, i am looking for someone with the right skills to help me complete the project, but more than that i want someone that will take an owership position in the project and be involved for the long term. initially your compensation will be ownership.
