I need to make a small proggy that will make copy and paste fast. A small toolbar which will sit ontop of other apps will be the interface. The user highlights a string of data from there word proccessor or text box and presses the appropraite 'pasteto' button on the toolbar to transfere that data to a field in a database.

My Question, to point me in the right direction is: What is the code to copy text from another program into a string variable?
