I have made a program on my computer in Visual Basic form, I dont know if this can be done, but, I want to run the program on another computer but that computer does not have Visual Basic. PLEASE HELP!!!

I have tried running the program but i get a message saying,

This application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135)

If someone is willing to create a walkthrough, on how to overcome my problem i would be very grateful.
