I'm going to be repeating myself, but there are specialists both in favour, and against the use of these functions. It's the same with any other area. Custom GINA's for instance: Some specialists are opposed to the idea, yet large scale software giants such as Symantec and Cisco continue to use them. You will not be breaking any new grounds by finding a specialist whose belief's coincide with yours, nor will I be breaking new grounds if I locate a specialist whose belief's coincide with mine.
